1. Scope of Services

True Path Education (TPE) provides educational consultancy services, including but not limited to:

• University selection and admission guidance in Azerbaijan.
• Assistance with Azeri Language Foundation and degree programs.
• Document attestation guidance and visa application support.
• Post-arrival services in Baku (TRC assistance, airport pickup, etc.).

2. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa

While TPE boasts a high success rate, the final decision regarding university admission rests solely with the respective Academic Institution. Similarly, the issuance of a student visa or Temporary Residence Card (TRC) is at the absolute discretion of the Government of Azerbaijan and its migration authorities. TPE cannot be held liable for rejections based on government policy or university criteria.

3. Accuracy of Information

Students and parents are responsible for providing authentic, accurate, and complete documentation. TPE shall not be responsible for any legal consequences or application rejections resulting from:

• Forged or tampered educational documents.
• False information provided in the visa application.
• Failure to disclose previous visa rejections.

4. Fee Structure & Payments

• Service Fees: TPE charges a service fee for consultancy, processing, and on-ground support. These fees are separate from university tuition.
• Direct Payments: To ensure transparency, students are encouraged to pay Tuition Fees directly to the university’s official bank account in Azerbaijan.
• Currency: Payments made in Pakistan are processed in PKR (based on the current exchange rate), while payments in Azerbaijan are handled in AZN or USD as per local regulations.

5. Refund Policy

At TPE, we value your investment. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Service Fees: Once document processing or university application has commenced, service fees are generally non-refundable due to the administrative costs and time invested.
• University Fees: Refunds for tuition or application fees are governed by the specific Refund Policy of the University in Azerbaijan. TPE will assist students in communicating with the university for eligible refunds, but the final decision lies with the institution.
• Third-Party Costs: Fees paid for translations, notaries, medical tests, or government visa duties are non-refundable.

6. Post-Arrival Responsibilities

Upon arrival in Baku, students must:

• Register with the State Migration Service within 15 days (assisted by TPE).
• Complete mandatory medical check-ups for the TRC.
• Abide by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the code of conduct of their university.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, and graphics, is the property of True Path Education. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this material for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

TPE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including travel delays, changes in government immigration laws, or university policy shifts.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (for services rendered in Pakistan) and the Republic of Azerbaijan (for services rendered in Baku). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi or Baku respectively.
